Living on this floating city called a ship is wonderful and yet difficult from sharing a small cabin with other cruise member (usually if not your partner already) its someone from the same department you will be working with of the same biological gender. I also experienced many other challenges including dealing with difficult guest, team members, children etc. Below are some of the challenges you will likely experience especially during the first contract of your job onboard a cruise ship.
