Inside The Anunnaki Purse
Images of Ancient Gods holding what seems to be a handbag or purse appear on Stone carvings in Ancient Mesopotamia, Egypt, India and Mesoamerica where the Anunnaki Gods are said to have established Civilization more than 400 000 Years ago.
These purses are part of the enduring mystery of the Lost Anunnaki Civilizations.
The explanations provided for these mysterious purses in mainstream and alternative history are quite similar in relation to what they contained and what their purpose was in Ancient times.
Standard Historical Explanation
The handbag or purse is called an ME, and is treated as an aspect of Sumerian mythology.
From this perspective, MEs were prescriptions or Rules handed down by the Gods which provided the technical knowledge needed to construct Civilization in areas like Writing, Temple Construction, Morality, The Calendar and other important Cultural institutions that formed the bedrock of Civilization.
MEs were under the control of Sumerian God Enki, who distributed them to the various Anunnaki Gods ruling each Sumerian City State.
So far 60 MEs containing decrees covering Kingship, The Priestly Office, Weapons, Law and Music amongst many other Cultural practices and institutions have been found.
Ancient Astronaut Theory
The Ancient Astronaut Theory on the other hand suggests that MEs were actually a kind of advanced encoded electronic or quantum device made of crystal.
According to the AAT, MEs were coded with the information necessary to build a Civilization, and they were so important that the Anunnaki fought for their control.
The Sumerian Poem “Enki and The World Order” tells of the background story of these incidents which were rooted in Anunnaki Goddess Inanna’s desire to develop her realm in the Indus Valley region to the same level of sophistication as the Sumerian City States from which she originated.
The Poem reveals how in order to obtain the MEs Inanna has a tryst with Enki, and after a night of drunken debauched sex, she wakes up in the middle of the night and makes off with the MEs.
When Enki wakes up the following morning, he demands that she return the MEs.
Assured of the protection of her Father Enlil, the supreme Sumerian God, Inanna bluntly refuses to return them.
Enki’s clan led by his son Marduk who has the most to lose from Inanna’s actions, then sets off on a military campaign to regain possession of the precious MEs.
According to Zechariah Sitchin’s Earth Chronicles, this is the missing aspect of the story told in the Bible’s Old Testament recollection of the Covenant between Yahweh and Abraham, the destruction of Sodom and Gommorah as well as the Tower Of Babel Incident which would lead to the rise of Babylon.
The Anunnaki may have carried the powerful ME crystals in purses as shown on stone carvings.
Its not clear whether they carried the purses containing the MEs with them all the time as a security precaution, or out of necessity because they might need to use them consistently in resolving particular problems encountered in the management of their respective City States.
The potential technological and almost magical quality of the MEs is underscored by the complexity of the Sumerian Civilization itself.
If MEs are understood as databases, then this may help in explaining some of the innovations of the Sumerian Civilization which include the concept Of Time, Writing, Law and Engineering.
Perhaps this knowledge may have already existed on other Planets, including on the Anunnaki Home Planet, Nibiru.
The Anunnaki may have simply left their Planet with a ‘Master Copy’ for use on Earth.
Ultimately, both mainstream Historians and Ancient Astronaut Theorists agree that the Anunnaki carried MEs in their purses.
What is not clear is the exact nature of these devices which are only described as ‘splendid’ in the Sumerian Texts.
However, if we consider what MEs were used for, and what they helped to accomplish in the Sumerian Civilization, then its possible that they were some kind of advanced database or computation device.
